What exactly is a device licence?
One licence covers one financed handset for the entire life of that loan. It is charged once when you register the customer — not monthly, and not again when the device is locked, unlocked or recovered.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Your devices are never switched off. A handset you have enrolled stays protected whatever happens to your account — we will not strip protection from a phone you are still owed money on. At the end of the 30 days you pay for the devices you registered. There is a 5-day grace period; after that you can still sign in, but the dashboard stays locked until the outstanding devices are paid for.
Can I just buy one licence at a time?
Yes. Pay as you go is ₹599 for a single device licence, bought whenever you finance a handset. There is no pack to commit to and no minimum order.
How do I get to ₹299 per device?
₹299 is the floor price, reached on our largest volume tier. Buying ahead in a pack is what brings the per-device cost down from ₹599; distributors buying for the shops beneath them get wholesale rates below the public tiers.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Licences are prepaid and never expire. There is no monthly platform fee, no per-seat charge and no minimum commitment.
What happens when I run out of licences?
Existing customers and devices keep working exactly as before. You simply cannot register a new customer until you top up.
